There are millions of frivolous lawsuits brought to the Supreme Court every year. It does not mean they will listen to it, and they probably won't, considering there is no constitutional question involved. The Supreme Court takes cases when major tenets are challenged, not cases involving supposed consumer rights violations, particularly in a spectator sport that guarantees nothing against collusion or fair play.

He is going to have to wait. I am still waiting for the Supreme Court to hear my appeal on Sue Swartz's denial of my invition to the prom back in high school. I think I have a better chance of getting in front of the Supreme Court than this moron does.

Seriously, is this guy's business so slow that he has time with frivolous lawsuits? There is no chance the Supreme Court hears this case and it never had a shot of going to trial in the first place.

So maybe i'll sue Jests for impersonating an NFL team and sue for mental anguish to have to hear about them EVERY DAY HERE IN NY!

Further proof that, demographically, no gene pool is safe.

There should be a financial penalty for frivolous BS clogging our court system.

This is one of the 95+% of cases filed that the Supreme Court has no intention of hearing. If you call about 5 minutes worth of review by a law clerk prior to denying certiorari 'clogging', then it will be that. Otherwise, just more publicity for the clowns pressing this issue.
