Default OT: Peyton Manning gets AFC Offensive Player of the Week?

So Peyton has a good game against the Titans, who have obviously quit on their coach, and he gets top honors for was easily at least the third best offensive performance in the conference. Tell me there isn't a bias towards Manning in the league.

Forget that Brady outperformed Manning against a far superior defense in a blizzard, Darren McFadden deserves the honor far more than Manning does. What did the league decide that since Manning has suck for a month that he is long overdue for the title?

Darren McFadden deserves that award. How many does Manning need? For God's sake he was the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for the Cowboys the week before!

He literally only has won the award 62 other times in his career (no exaggeration). The league couldn't have forgone a good, but not the best in the conference performance to give McFadden one?

Wow. WTF does McFadden have to do to get it?

I'd even say DeSean Jackson with 210 receiving yards deserved it more than Manning.

And I'm sure he would have gotten it had he played in the AFC.

I don't know if they have "quit" on Caldwell, but even with all their injuries they seem to be all out of wack and lack focus and direction. IMO that is the responsibility of the coach to correct.

With that said, if in conversation with Irsay or Polian, Peyton throws Caldwell under the bus (and there are rumors that he did that to Mora) I'd take odds that he doesn't make it to 2011.

Desean Jackson was targeted 9 times that game. 4 receptions for 210 on 9 targets still means 5 incompletions. He also ran two reverses that were unsuccessfull plays (3rd down, didn't achieve necessary yardage for first down)

He was talking about the titans quiting, not the colts.
