First, your title doesn't make any sense. Second, I don't believe there's any such thing as a "shutdown" corner in the NFL because every elite WR is double teamed.

Put Terrence Newman in the list - despite Dallas having safety problems throughout his tenure there, he's played outstanding. Teams rarely throw his way.
