Incompetent officials (how do you not know how many timeouts a team has?).

Poor Charlie looked like he was going to be sick.

I'm still trying to figure out how the officials gave Navy 4 timeouts.

Why didn't Navy get a 15 yard penalty or something for calling a TO when they had none left?

I want to find out how the officials explained that one to Weis.
