Default 2012 PFF All-Sophomore Team

Again, PFF haters....move along.

For those who care:

Again, the Patriots do well and score (2) selections on the All-Sophomore team. Once more the Patriots are tops in the AFC East as the rest of the division combined had 2 selections ( Muhammad Wilkerson (NYJ), Mike Pouncey (MIA) ).
So between the rookies and the sophomores, the Patriots had (5) selections and (1) honorable mention and the rest of the division had (3) selections and (1) honorable mention. The future looks bright!

Running Back: Stevan Ridley (NE)

With DeMarco Murray limited by injury, and Mikel Leshoure and Mark Ingram failing to impress, this was relatively straight forward. Ridley isn’t the type to wow you, but he’s the type to always get more than his line gives him.

Tackles: Nate Solder (NE)

It hasn’t been mentioned much, but Solder had himself a fine second year, offsetting what problems he had in pass protection with some excellent work in the run game.
