In my league Brady, Brees, Manning, & Palmer ALL went in the first. Then after I picked up my second RB (Bush, since Maroney was already gone)McNabb went in the second and then in the 3rd, the pick before mine, Bulger was taken. I am not liking my QB situation (Roethlisberger and Kitna) although I did land Gates, but I'm not trading him.

Here is my team:
QB's: Kitna, Roethlisberger
RB's: Parker, Bush, Chester Taylor
WR's: T. J. Whosyourmomma, Ward, Stallworth, Daryll Jackson, M. Furrey
TE's: Gates, Graham
K: Akers
DST: Pats

What does everyone think? Should I get rid of a WR and try to pick up another RB via trade (since there are no FA's left)? Whatabout my QB situation? I didn't think I was going to get this involved in it!
Fantasy football is all about RB's. You look pretty good there. TJ and Ward are solid at WR, Daryll Jackson is decent backup. Kitna could be decent this year because they'll be playing from behind most the year and he's got plenty of guys to throw to. If you really want to upgrade you may want to reconsider trading Gates. Graham should have a big year in Denver and someone will probably reach for Gates because he's a big name.

Well the league that I am consists of guys who are all new to playing FF. The only reason why I have Furrey is because of the possible Kitna-Furrey connection (same goes for Roeth-Ward) but when I drafted him I forgot about C. Johnson (he was already taken at that point) being on that team taking receptions away from Furrey. I know one guy is enamored with Kitna and Furrey. I don't know why, he isn't even a Lions fan. He proposed a Leinart for Kitna trade but like you said, the Lions will be throwing a lot and Wisenhunt has said he is going to focus on the run more in Ari.

I don't want to let Gates go but I'll put him on the block and see what he generates as interest.

I think I am trading D. Jackson for D. Branch because I have 4 WR's that have the same bye week. It all depends on the other guy accepting my trade which he is mulling over now.
