There is just something about Rice that really stands out to me. And athletic ability isn't everything.

Based on potential, it's Ted Ginn . . . you can't coach speed like he has. Of course, he's the least likely to reach his potential of the guys who'll go in the top two rounds.

I would take Meachem as the #2 WR in terms of likely production in the NFL.

I still really like Jarrett, but I think Bowe will be the 2nd WR off the board.

Ginn has great speed, but he put up far inferior numbers despite playing with the Heisman winning QB. And potential isn't just based on physical ability.
