Lets not give McDaniels much credit. He was garbage when he left the Pats..... his offences in New England rank highly because he's inherited offenses that were already top notch before he came along

McDaniels didn't get a fair shake in Denver, and Fox/Elway are benefitting hugely from McDaniels' tenure there. Without his 2010 draft, that team would be in the cellar. Without him having the balls to stand up to Cutler, that team would still be swirling the drain with that crybaby under center.
He went to a situation where his team's two best players either wanted (Marshall) or needed (Cutler) to go, and he got the shaft because the team took a short-term hit once they were moved. He was a first time coach who didn't get a chance to grow with the job because the owner couldn't handle some short term adversity.
The list of OCs who are better than McDaniels is a short one, if it exists at all.
