Just for the height, I was thinking Shelby Jordan on the left.

Ron Meyer memory. During a press conference after he was fired, he said - Yesterday I was for Reagan, today I'm for Mondale.

I saw this picture posted on facebook, so I won't spoil it for others. I was blown away how much taller the guy on the far right is compared to the guy next to him. Either the shorter guy is much shorter than I remembered or the the taller guy is way taller than I remember.

If not, that was an amazing answer...yes those 4 are correct....kudos to a true Patriot historical buff!!

(P.S. How is the issue with your back?)

Not cheating. I just happened to have a copy of this image in my scrapbook. I recognized Coach Meyer and Morgan & James. James was one of those guys who played his whole career with one team. I loved watching Stanley Morgan play and James was also a solid player. I did have to look up Brian Ingram, though I knew who he was I simply couldn't place the name. I kept wanting to say Bobby... That happens a lot when you reach past 50.

I don't get to see the surgeon until sometime after the 1st of September, so we'll see what the options are after that. I'll keep you posted.

Definitely from before the baggy shorts era.

Couldn't have said it better. We'd be proud to have a player of Morgan's caliber on the team today. Class act, great receiver!

They look so awkward now. It's hard to imagine that nobody thought twice about wearing those shorts at the time, from junior high school on through the pros.
