When was the last time a player from the Super Bowl losing team made the cover?

I don't believe there ever has been with the exception of a shared cover from the Pitt Arizona SB which had Polamalu and Fitz

If Gronk wins it, then I guarantee if he has a healthy 2012 season people will blame the ankle injury last season (that was a huge factor in our SB loss) on the Madden curse.
