Taken literally, very strange. Taken as satire in the context of following up on someone else's jokey comment — not to mention previous similar jokes when this board saw the suit a couple of weeks ago — it could be seen as a humorous POV.

(An aside and OT: I actually worked in an office a few years ago where people were very conservative and every time I wore a pink shirt I'd get some weird comment. One woman just was shocked — this was a nice Polo collared shirt with a tie — and would just just say, "I can't imagine my sons ever wearing a pink shirt." Like it would be the end of the world. Another woman said "You must be very confident in your masculinity to wear a pink shirt." I told her, "You must be very confident in your intelligence to say something so stupid." OK, I didn't really say that, it came to me 5 minutes too late. But I wish I had. Next time!)
