Is free to sign with a team as a free agent, I wonder if the Pats would take a look at him he does produce when hes playing football and could be a decent #2 wr.

I knew this post was coming like I know there will be the requisite dozen posts of "Why do we always have to have a post about Player Z is available think the Pats will sign him?"

I don't know ...

Why do a dozen people have to ask that same tired question every time someone makes one of those posts???



Anyway, can't see Pats giving him a look unless there is a WR injury. Look for the Titans, Broncos & maybe even Cowboys to seriously kick the tires on the Chris Henry Paddy Wagon.

I just don't see a big need a WR. If he is as good as some think, what kind of money will it take to sign him.... plus he seems troubled. If our need at WR was greater, I would be a little more inclined to speculate.

I think we have bigger needs than more WRs elsewhere... like Oline and Punter and possibly CB. We could get by in all 3 of those areas, but if we were going to spend more money and tie up roster spots, I'd prefer more attention there.

Do the Patriots really have a lack of people who can catch the ball?

As others have said, I just don't see WR as any sort of real need.

As for this post--maybe an OL, but I just don't see the Pats bringing in another P or CB.

I think the suspension takes effect after he's signed somewhere. With five arrests, they should just give him an apartment across from the police station. The guy obviously has trouble distinguishing right from wrong.

The reason I have to keep asking that question is that I still haven't come up with a rational answer. Chris Henry seems quite sensible compared with Brett Favre, though -- I'll give the OP that much.
