So let's say that the Vikings are on at 1 PM EST on FOX. Its an CBS doubleheader week and the Pats are also on at 1 PM. Would I still get the doubleheader or... am I out of luck?
Week 3 has the Vikes at home so there might be an blackout even tho CBS does have the doubleheader. Same with week 10 which is against the Packers no less. Week 12 and 15 has the Vikings away. Week 16... well I better find an bar (or have Sunday Ticket) to watch the Pats since they play the same time the Vikes do and both are on Fox. Week 17 is the same scenario as week 3.
So worse case scenario I got at least four games that don't air here. Best case is only one game. Plus that's pending on what game my CBS station gets to broadcast. Normally we get most Pats games when they are on CBS since the Pats draw very well here in ratings. Hopefully that continues this year.

My apologies to Pats fans in New England, or those with Sunday Ticket or Slingbox - but I'm going to continue in detail as a courtesy to all the displaced fans craving an opportunity to watch the Pats . . .
If you're in Minnesota, this is what will most likely happen, week by week, IMO:
1, 9/07: since the Vikings play on MNF, there's a chance you might catch the Pats - Chiefs early game on CBS even though FOX has the doubleheader.
2, 9/14: Vikings play at 1, so you'll probably get the Pats at Jets at 4 (CBS dh)
3, 9/21: Pats & Vikes are on at the same time & it's a FOX dh week. CBS will probably show Jax at Indy or Pitt at Philly.
4, 9/28: Pats have a bye
5, 10/05: Vikes are on MNF, so you'll probably see the Pats on the CBS week at 4:15 vs the 49ers.
6, 10/12: Pats are on SNF at San Diego on NBC
7, 10/20: Pats are on MNF vs Denver on espn
8, 10/26: Vikes have a bye, so there's a chance to see the Pats vs St Louis on FOX, but they'll probably show Tampa Bay at Dallas.
9, 11/02: Pats are on SNF at Indy on NBC.
10, 11/09: CBS has the dh, but the Pats and Vikes are on at the same time. Good chance you end up with Jax at Detroit.
11, 11/13: Pats play an early Thursday game vs the Jets on the NFL Network at 8:15.
12, 11/23: Pats and Vikes both play at 1 & it's a FOX dh; you'll probably have Oakland at Denver.
13, 11/30: Steelers at Pats will be the CBS 4:15 game.
14, 12/07: Pats are at Seattle, SNF on NBC
15, 12/14: Vikes are at Ariz at 4, but CBS owns the dh and the Pats at Oakland is the only other 4pm game; that one should be available.
16, 12/21: Vikes and Pats both plat at 1; the Pats - Arizona game will not be aired outside of New England or Arizona.
17, 12/28: Both teams are on at 1 and both get a dh. FOX will give you the Vikes; I would assume CBS will give you Cleveland at Pittsburgh.
Looks to me like you'll end up with ten Pats games in Minnesota. That's pretty good, better than most areas outside of New England. Now you just have to find an acceptable sports bar for those six other games.
