Unhappy Emotionally crushed

After that SB win against the Eagles

2005-6 against Broncos
2006-7 against Colts AFCCG
2007-8 against Giants (SB)
2008-9 season lost to Brady injury
2009-10 against Ravens
2010-11 against Jets
2011-12 against Giants (SB)

Most crushing losses. Emotionally drained rooting for our team. We do the irght things, we play the way game is supposed to be played with class, yet the these crushing losses after another

I just feel totally empty. Not just the losses, but the way Patriots continue to lose in big games. Yes, luck has lot to do with the way ball bounced tonight, but............I dont know what else to say.

Absolutey sad.

But sun will come out tomorrow, life goes on and world has many more problems than just one game. Selfishly I suppose I wanted our team to win but not in the stars.......

Nothing else but emptiness

At least we made the super bowl. That's something that most teams can't say.

After watching how bad we were the first few games of the season, I consider making it to the super bowl and losing quite a good season.

Brady clearly has some psychological issue that he needs to overcome in these big games. He simply doesn't look like himself. I suspect it is likely over-preparation, where he's too busy THINKING and not reacting.

Disappointed, but I thought that was one heck of a good super bowl. Pity the other team made more plays than us. But that's football.

The only good game Brady has had in the past five years is against a bad Broncos team. What happened to this guy?

I just didn't see the awesome catches being made by our guys.someone has to catch the ball, you know. Our guys just don't seem to do it at the right time.

Hey, maybe if we had Tiquan Underwood....

Did luck have anything to do with our win against Baltimore? Why didn't you include the wins against Denver and Baltimore on your list? How about going to SD in 06 and stealing that game? Hey, things seem to even out over a long period of time. No one feels worse than I do, but we have a team that's in the hunt every, single effing year and will be until BB and TB hang them up. And that's not happening for a while.

Thats the way i felt after the last SB loss to the Giants, it ruined me as a sports fan. This game wasn't so bad for me because i never allowed myself to get emotionally involved anymore. After that loss i became numb. Plus i never thought the team would make the SB, the way things have been going i considered winning a play off game as a successful season.

This...........Although i didn't think he played that bad, certainly not like he did against B-more. There were a lot of dropped passes

As exhillarating the Pats 3 Super Bowls were, these 2 loses to the Giants are such a punch in the gut I don't remember the joy of those Super Bowl wins.

The tough thing for me, is that its not only me, but my teenager daughter. She is still crying her eyes out, and is inconsolable. I sort of feel guilty for turning her into a Pat fan. She wouldn't have to go through the heartache I am feeling.

Its unfortanate she was too young to enjoy the Super Bowl wins, now she only remembers the loses. I really pray she gets to experience a Super Bowl win, but I am starting to lose hope.

Yes there have been frustrating losses, but how many teams have 5 SB appearances and had a legit chance to win all 5. It sucks. You win some, you lose some. However, I am proud to be a fan regardless even though I will avoid all the media shows for about a month.
