In case you don't want to read the whole thing, here is what was said about Coach Belichick:

However, spying like that has been done for years, maybe decades. It's going on as we speak. Belichick is just the one who got caught. Again, this is not condoning, let's make that clear. This is putting things in perspective because Belichick is one of a hundred NFL secret cinematographers.

I have asked this before and will again...where was this opinion back in September? It's great to say it now that it wasn't a big deal, but if some reporter types would have said that back when it happened, things might not have dragged on for so long.

Wht couldn't Freeman have stepped up about 6 months ago??

No one wanted to be the first to step up. it was a lot easier to watch the tornado swirl. These media types are all a bunch of wimps. Many people could have stepped in to give the thing a taste of reality, but hey, they couldn't beat us on the field, so this was a way to watch the Pats sweat. But even with all the BS it created, we have not and will not go away. That's probably what bothers them most. We will be at the top for years to come. And that is what they cannot stand. It's great for us though.
