Default Now that Josh McD. is back

I've only one concern. Let me just first say, I think josh is good and will fit back in seamlessly and overall I'm quite happy with him as OC.

However, my concern is will Josh utilize our TE's as well as B'o'B did? Right now, our TE's are our lifeblood and seeing how Josh hasn't really had much use for TE's in the past... I'm a little concerned that Rob and Aaron will be put on the back burner...

Josh is a very smart offensive coordinator. The reason he didn't use many 2 TE sets when he was here is because we didn't have the personnel to do it. The reason BOB uses those 2 TE sets is because we HAVE the personnel to do it. I am fairly convinced that Josh is gonna utilize all our players to their strength. Hopefully Lloyd comes along and our O is gonna even scarier.

When you had Randy Moss on one side,Stallworth and Gaffney on the other and Wes Welker down the slot...WTF would you even need the TEs much other than blocking?

There is no Moss,Gaffney,Stallworth on the team now....of course that means whoever is up next...and that's our TEs,Josh I am sure is not stupid enough to use Underwood in play more than Gronkowski

I think BOB is the person game-planning. I don't believe Josh will be doing much more than tell BOB what he knows of the opponent. To do otherwise would cause confusion.

For the current postseason, I would guess Josh McD will be focused on finding new wrinkles to try. But they only will be tried if BB and BoB fully agree.

Welcome back Josh. Please reintroduce our offense to the screen play and the running game. We're not going to win anything Josh while we continue to be the Colts. Thanks Josh and once again welcome back.

I expect in the post season that Josh will be sitting near Ernie Adams as an extra set of eyes on what is going on.. having the current OC and the future OC on the sidelines could prove to be a tad confusing.

I do not expect a deviation in our offense, just a refinement.. the TE's will still be a huge part.

exactly. Ben Watson was average. Not only that, we weren't a great run team in 2007 because of Maroney. Now he has Ridley and BJGE.

You're right. BOB has completely no idea what he was doing as OC for the Patriots. Such that in both 2010 and 2011, in the last 8 games of the season, the offense averaged over 36ppg.

The commitment to the running & screen plays will come once the team has RBs that can make plays on a consistent basis.
