They beat SIX (6) teams (one of them twice!) who WOULD HAVE had winning records were it not for losing to the Pats.

The "they haven't beaten a winning record team this year" thing will be repeated over and over and over again for the next two weeks - - as much as the "worst defense in the NFL" line - - which can ALSO be proven false by a mere check of the facts.

I really don't know where this anti patriot hate come from this season. It seems two of things everyone bash is Tebow's future as a quarterback and the patriots chance to win a superbowl because of the defense.

I don't think it is hate. Probably more a) innocent ignorance or b) desire to see a fresh face instead of the old one hogging the spotlight. 10 years ago, the Pats were America's Darlings also.

It is hate imo. When the colts were known as being "finesse" like us, people still gave them a shot to win a superbowl and gave manning the mvp.

Now all of sudden DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!! And the pats stand no chance to win against the ravens or the steelers.

I am one of those fans that knock the defense, but to give the patriots no chance to win the superbowl, is just plain ignorant.

Hate is a bit of a strong word. For this subject, it is true only of some downtrodden and jealous pockets around the Pittsburgh area

I am a die hard Patriots fan and everytime I talk negatively about the Patriots they play good for some reason so....

The Patriots will be one and done.

If they win then

Patriots will lose in the AFC Championship

If they win then

Patriots will Lose the superbowl
