In spite of appearances, "inactive" doesn't mean "hurt." It just means he's not dressing up for the game. (Is he still the emergency QB, though?)

True, however, since he only came back to practices this week, it's not terribly surprising. And there's no sense in risking rushing back people from injuries this week unless absolutely necessary.

How do you know that Cunningham and brace won't contribute today????

And is it the Pats fault that Chung, Vollmer, Spikes, Dowling and Vereen have injuries??

Colts inactives:

QB Peyton Manning
TE Dallas Clark
TE Brody Eldridge
FB Ryan Mahaffey
DT Drake Nevis
DE Jerry Hughes
CB Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas was shown as starting CB. Jerry Hughes looks like a draft bust. How can that be? I thought only the Patriots have draft busts.

It's their fault for drafting from U of Pyrex

(Please note for those with no sarcasm meter, this is a joke.)

I think they are just playing it safe with Chung they know the colts can't pass down field well and there is no need for chung to risk getting worse.

and there is no longer and "emergancy" Quarter back any more which is why the acitve roster is now 46 instead of 45

Nick McDonald is the Center and is holding his own. He's been very sound there today.

Can't believe the Pats are on their 4th center this year... Whoda thunk it..

BTW, if McDonald pans out, the Pats may not look at a center in the draft..

Told my wife chung must be out last night .we went to a local joint after dinner for a few drinks . He came in around 11 and we left at 11.30 and he was eating chicken wings.he was complaining a bunch and that is why noticed him.

he had another couple with him and he looked like a Fletcher but not sure.
