Default Catching the games live

Hello,

I'm moving to Philadelphia and I was wondering what the best way is to catch all the Patriots games live.

Thanks!

Get NFL Sunday ticket or go out to a sports bar. If you go with the latter, be careful. You could have bullets flying at you by a deranged Wide Receiver in his declining years when you leave.

Oh man... looks like I'll have to purchase a bulletproof vest. Sunday ticket is only available on direct-tv. I only get cable.

They only despise Patriots fans. It's Cowboys fans they shoot to kill.

Not sure if Patriots.com still has it listed but at one point they were taking registrations for Patriots Fan Clubs that were around the United States. You might want to check them out and see if there are any listed in the Philly area.

I've always wondered this as well if I eventually move somewhere out of the New England area.

And a sports bar with a muted screen is totally out of my Sunday tradition.

The website above streams live games during game day, also refereed to as SopCast, and would probably be your best option. It almost always has every single game, only problem is - at least with my experience - it gets a little choppy at times and can stop right during the game to buffer.

Thanks guys. I know about the streaming thingie but I've been spoiled by high-def. I wouldn't hesitate to pay for high-def. I don't know how but sports ain't the same without high-def.

Depending on where you live in Philly (center city or burbs) Trenton NJ has a great sports bar called champs. Which is actually closer to Yardley, Morrisville etc. than center city. It's a big Steeler bar but fans of every team go. There is one Pats fan who is a mainstay named Scott who is the size of a linebacker and has alot of fun yelling at all of the Steeler fans. I lived in Doylestown (Bucks County) it's a great place and real estate is much less prohibitive than Mass. Have Fun! As far as center city or the mainline I'm sure there are many bars.

I'll be in center city. Nothing beats waking up for sunday morning soccer, then come home to relax with Mike Lynch patriots show, then game on. I already miss boston. Superbowl, NBA finals, World Series, MLS cup.
