Omg the punt return game is going to be crap now. I don't want Welker back there exposing himself to more hits. Absolutely no threats on either return team now, terrible news.

If he's gone the 2009 draft is down to Chung and Vollmer. With Brace/Pryor oft-injured and who knows what we'll get from them if we ever do. I know 2-3 impact players is what you usually look for in a successful drafts but we did have alotttt of picks that year.
