At this point Big Al is a Jag. I just hope he can make it the whole game without cramping up

Big game != cause for victory. He had 8 catches for 136 yards and 2 TDs last year, but it was far, far too late when they came.

Oh, and a big fat raspberry for citing PFF stats.

Uh-oh...King picked the Steelers, no sense playing the game tomorrow...

This offseason, it's almost like Belichick is saying, "I'm never going to let that happen again."

steelers only scored 20 points on the colts, the worst team in the league, and 17 points against the jaguars, another terrible team. this nonsense that tomorrow's game is going to be a "shootout" has to stop.

I like Wallace and was one of the proponents a long time ago questioning why we took Brandon Tate over him but Wallace is a one route runner. Jam him really hard and you can take him away. As you've mentioned, easier said than done but if McCourty slams him at the line of scrimmage doing a Revis with the defensive linemen taking the scramble pass away from R-Burger, that should help considerably.

Mccourty's best strength is not press coverage. i'd rather have him play more off the line of scrimmage like last year.

He burnt the Pats in garbage time. It was 23-3 going into the 4th quarter. Wallace didn't even catch his first pass in that game until 5:19 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. If that is burning the Pats, I hope to God he burns them again tomorrow.

Seriously, people need to stop looking at stat sheets and actually look at the game. Wallace did crap in that game until the game was basically over. Roethlisberger did nothing in that game until the game was basically over. Wallace got 126 yards and 2 TDs in the fourth quarter when the Pats never let the Steelers closer than 10 points from the lead.

Yeah,

Wallace stats for the first three quarters : 1 catch for 10 yards

Wallace stats for the 4th quarter: 7 catches for 126 yards and 2 TDs

It took the Pats playing a softer defense protecting a 21 point lead in the fourth quarter for Wallace to do anything.

I actually think Arrington might be a good match up for him given he's reasonably physical and has been the best performed defensive back we've had through the early parts of the season.
