SO, LET ME SEE if I have this right. The reason Sen. No, the real reason Specter won't let it go is because of little Johnny and all of the little Johnnys in this country, who, even as we speak, are seriously considering bringing cheat sheets with them to their next fourth-grade math quiz.

So now we have the Phildadephia Daily News, the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Hear that crackling sound? That's a Senator's foundation giving way.

Now all we need is for him to make one additional big shriek about Spygate to finally push the story over the top. I have full confidence in My Man Arlen!

Finally, a few people in the media recognizing how pointless specter's agenda is. Bring on the heat. Maybe if he gets a few black eyes in the media, he'll finally calm down and start to focus on the issues that do matter, like skyrocketing oil prices and perhaps a disaster relief package for the victims of China's recent earthquake?
