Anyone else not receiving Red Zone from Charter? - New England Patriots Forums

I subscribed to Red Zone before last week's opening of the season and today, for the second week in a row, I'm not getting it. I called Charter last week and today and been told both times that there is a "problem" in my area and it should be fixed soon. Anyone else experiencing this?

It was working the other day but my box is messed up today so I cant help you there. We should be thankful we finally got the NFL network.
