Default Patriots gave a TD in last 2:00 of all 4 Super Bowls

Is there any reason for that?

SB 36 - TD pass to Proehl
SB 38 - TD pass to Proehl
SB 39- TD pass ( remember Belichick screaming at Mangini?)
SB 42- Do i have to say it?

its a very strange thing. and it finally came back to bite us,

Long tiresome season....Long tiresome day of Craziness.....and 58 minutes of football can leave you with very little left in the tank.

The one in SB 39 was purely cosmetic. The D did fine there just by taking time off the clock (though the Eagles O gets most of the credit).

In 36 the D was gassed. In 38 they were gassed and injured. Thankfully the O and Adam stepped up. This year obviously we need not discuss again.

Thankfully the Patriots have always managed to have a little more left in the tank than the other guys.. Until, well, you know...

Well, that's certainly one way to look at it I guess. I'm certainly not about to forget that Brady drove them to three Super Bowl wins just because he didn't do it in the fourth.

I thought the Patriots have played in six Super Bowls. Maybe, the two before Brady don't count?

TB did his part at the end.
The D let us down.

wow, that is an interesting fact that was well worth pointing out

too bad we could not stop the trend

in 3 out of the 4 games the TDs were scored in a one score game
