Actually there are some interesting reader (?) comments right there on that page (although both apparently from the same poster since the both misspell "stealing" the same way):

Specter the fool
Eagles have been steeling signs just like everyone else. Why do we elect people like that. Hey Arlen "there's no fool like an old fool"

Specter the fool

What will Arlen do when NE & the NFL don't roll over for comcast & decide to expose all the taping and signal steeling thats been going on for years all over the NFL

Absolutely. Don't know if it made a difference or not but I did send his Chief of Staff an email over the weekend insisting that they need to investigate every team going back to 1955 along with a link to this story.

That article is an incredible find, Joe. Did you send it to anyone else?

I am totally disgusted by this ***** clown. First he has extremely poor taste in timing his announcement 2 days before the biggest day in football. And now he doesn't have the cajones to follow up on his own action. I guess he just wanted to throw the Pats off their game for revenge for his precious eagles.

OT -- anything happen with the jets fans lawsuit? I imagine it was thrown out but don't remember seeing anything about it.

What is the krypt keeper referring to here??

No new info at all as far as I am concerned. ESPN is milking the same info over and over.

Odds of Belichick getting deposed in a lawsuit are still pretty remote. The Patriots should be able to get the new lawsuit dismissed pretty easily since the plantiff is suing off a rumor with no hard evidence to find cause. No judge is going to allow a lawsuit based on a rumor.
I think we have Bingooooooooooo

So just because Belichick responded to the charges, it is obvious that Walsh has something? Well that is like adding 2 and 2 together and getting 956.

I love how guys like Clayton has been demanding for Belichick to answer these charges, but when he does it is because he is hiding something or trying to minimize the damages of some supposive tape.

Seriously, the undeserved hatred of BB by the media puts him squarely in the "damned if you do, damned if you don't" category. I wonder why it is that he hates the media so
