The Herald reported on Feb. 2 that a Patriots employee filmed the Rams’ final walkthrough, but that it was unclear if the coaches ever saw the material.

That douche bag ruined the days leading up the Super Bowl for all the fans in New England, and who knows if the media shytstorm that he helped perpetuate had any effect on the players.

***** Tomase. Seriously, he needs to get fired and ASAP.

In fairness to Tomase, he did report that his source was unclear whether Belichick authorized or even knew about the taping of the walkthrough. That is a strong arguement for Tomase not printing the story unless he had more evidence or independent coorboration. Tomase is guilty of bad journalism, but his blog today doesn't change what I think of him.

Tomase would be wise not to be seen in public for the foreseeable future in the New England market. I fear this has become a dangerous place for him.

Believe it or not, we do have some nut jobs around here!

From the comments section below the article...

"Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time."

Actually he did say that his source was not sure if the videotaper was authorized by Belichick or if Belichick was even aware of the tape ever existing. Of course the rest of the media overlooked that part because it wasn't juicy enough.
