Default NFL 2008 Pro Bowl Game Discussion

Yeah, don't really expect this topic to be all that active, but I'm home and will have the game on.

As a reminder, Pats that made the trip to Hawaii this week…

Playing Today
Asante Samuel*
Dan Koppen
Logan Mankins*
Matt Light*
Mike Vrabel*
Vince Wilfork*

Staying Home
Tom Brady
Randy Moss

*= Starter

Reasons to watch? I myself always like to root for whatever Pats are representing the team to win the MVP. I won't be rooting so much for Asante though.

Funny to see 13 Dallas Cowboys players there. Let the discussion for all 3 people who will be watching begin.

Ugh, forgot all about having to see a Osi/Light match up once again.

I'd like see Vrabel get the MVP. If I recall, the only Pats player to ever get one was Ty Law in 1999.

Once upon a time I liked the Pro Bowl. It was fun to watch, even when Bruce Armstrong or Andre Tippett were the only Patriots because they had to send someone. Now... god, it's just so bad.

I was laying on the couch trying to get a decent nap in and my roommate came in and turned it on. I can't stomach it yet. Haven't watched sportscenter since the game and don't plan on it until baseball starts.

I don't consider this torture.. It's part of the "bigger self" mind set. I am - #1 a Pats fan. That being said, AFC becomes #2.. (especially after last Sunday) SO.. I'm teaching my kids about humble pie. This is the ONE time that I hope Satan Manning has a good game. It's US versus THEM on a grander scale. It fills up an otherwise boring Sunday afternoon.

Let the fun begin!!!

Me, I am not watching. Seriously, and I do not care.

We have been hit -- left and right and over the top since this season started.

Done.

I will wait until next year and watch REAL football.

And as a final note, I think it is an absolute and total disgrace how our team has been treated this year.

I have no use for anything beyond Pats football. Everyone else, well, take a hike -- actually a very long hike. Get lost already.
