So, for me, the PUP list should be used for exactly what it is meant for. If players are nbot physcially able to participate in practice or cannot pass the physical, then they should be put on the PUP list.

There's a good chance that Cannon won't be ready to practice until well into the season, in which case PUP would make perfect sense. |
