I agree on the poor throws too, don't think SD made any great plays (save for the one in the end zone, but I thought that was a somewhat poor throw as well). I haven't heard much more about Brady being sick, but I still think that it was a possibility.

Did anyone else feel like the DB's for the Giants had a poor game against GB except for a couple of plays? 37 looks like he is chasing the play down from behind all the time. And he looks sloooooowwww.

If you'll notice the play with the pick by Cromartie in the end zone, coverage was exceptional on Welker (first option) and Moss (2nd option). Both those were no-goes.

Whether because of injury of the press of time or some other reason, Brady then gets sloppy. He sees Watson at the back of the end zone, but simply throws a poor pass.

He really should have know better on that one. Yes, doubtless he lost track of Cromartie, but that's just another reason why the pass was piss-poor bad.

Frankly, during the game I thought Brady looked a little under the weather and was fighting off a cold or flu virus or whatever, and we all know when we feel like that, our decision making at times is not our best.

Of course even if that were true, we'd never hear about it.

Can someone explain to me the difference between the guy in the Chargers jacket with the video camera in the SD sideline, in front of our section (137) and the fiasco that started "cameragate"?

For what it's worth, Brady was asked about this and he said that he just lost track of Cromartie on that play. Normally he would have sent it high for Watson in the back of the endzone. Watson catches it and it's a TD. A miss and they kick a FG. But hats off to Cromartie for making a great play. Ultimately, his good play was kind of negated by him running it out of the endzone and putting the Bolts in poor field position. They ended up punting and the Pats scored on the following drive.

I've noticed that sometimes Brady will throw a pass directly to a defender. Remember the Donnie Edwards pick in the playoffs last year? I don't think he moved an inch after the snap and Brady hit him between the numbers.

Maybe Brady doesn't have binocular vision and can only see defenders if they are moving (like the T.Rex in Jurassic Park). Or maybe he gets brain cramps when he plays San Diego.

Oh I'm sure he had permission Pats, or San Diego quietly submitted a filming request waiver when they obtained the recent black out waiver from the league office.
