There was no doubt about that after Randy's press conference yesterday. Come on. Please.
You think "consensual horseplay" might not mean sex? Like what? They were playing one on one basketball or twister? Nobody says "consensual horseplay" to mean something that is not sex. Otherwise they'd just say "horseplay."
There's never any reason to say "consensual" unless you're talking about sex. Forcing someone to go bowling with you is not a big deal.
I don't care about his love life.
This is a completely asinine post. Of course opposite sex friends can have "horseplay". And the "consensual" part of it is justifying Randy's case that any injuries that came about because of it were purely accidental. Randy did not force her to do anything against her wishes.
Please. Give me a break.

Randy is part of our family, our Patriot family and we're tight. I DON'T GIVE A CRAP WHAT HE DOES, he's a family member and we support him no matter what.
#81 is going to literally explode on Sunday, Marlin McCree, take cover my friend.............................

If you have a link to that could you put it here ? I would look but PP is so busy it's almost impossible to find anything.
Regardless - whatever - if he had beat the crap out of some woman then it would be tough to root for him but whether I approve of his personnel life or not, this is basically a shoulder shrug for me.

you don't think there's a difference between consensual horseplay and non consensual horseplay between men and women ?

I could not believe some of our members took it upon themselves to make phone calls at 1am to do their own "Investigating". They were the epitomy of gossip mongers.
Your argument has been foolish. IF Disco's assumptions are correct (wife and kids), this would be an issue. In any court case, credibility is at the heart of testimony, and cheating on a wife is not a positive 'credibility' point.

You're serious, aren't you. You think a lawyer comes out to say "consensual horseplay" and is not talking about sex?

Why? He wouldn't go to your funeral tomorrow if you were to die, just like he wouldn't go to mine or anyone else's here. Despite the fact I personally think Moss probably didn't do anything wrong and is the victim of a money trap (because he was a little too much for her to handle, if you get my drift), if he was guilty I could care less (though, as it should be, I will presume him innocent until guilt is proven). As long as it doesn't screw up his ability to play football.
Unlike most of you, I recognize that football players aren't saints, and Randy Moss definitely isn't, even if his so-called checkered past is a little overblown. As long as they play well on the field and don't murder anyone (Leonard Little, Ray Lewis... I'm looking at you), they can blow coke off stripper's butts every night for 5 hours for all I care.

I guess the moral for professional athletes who genuinely want privacy is: date women who aren't famous.
Actually, the comparative Moss/Brady scenarios right now would argue the opposite.
