Sweet, but I fail to see how this is so much better than Irsay. I fail to see the big heart for the fans there. Big ticket prices, 50 bucks to park, blah blah blah, let's not annoint these guys to sainthood.

They never tried to beat MA for public funds. The stadium in Southie would have been built with the same 100% from the Krafts as Gillette (actually, would have cost more because of land purchasing, etc.). All the Krafts got and needed was road infrastructure (approximately 15% of the entire deal) - - road infrastructure that, by the way, benefits the state on the 353 days of the year when there are not any games.
Even when the Southies spat in his face, he still would have only moved the team 70 miles to Hartford, which is in New England for your information.
Equating that with what the Irsays have done over the past 23 years is patently ridiculous.
