Speaking of the game tonight...

Rothlisberger is starting to remind me of Drew Bledsoe, the way he stands back there and holds the ball. At the end of the game, throwing away a down doesn't mean anything. The clock is the enemy. If there's nothing open, throw it in the damn bleacher seats, stop the clock, and line up to try it again.

I'm assuming that SD beats Tennessee, of course.
Maybe it would be better if Tenn won...that way the Pats would have a cgance at 2 MORE teams...Jax, Tenn to add to the 6 PO teams.

I'm glad we're playing the Jags (assuming the Chargers don't gag once again and beat the Titans today) because it's a team we haven't played this year. I like seeing different teams. Pittsburgh is a bore!
The Jags offense will be a good challenge for our defense given their ability to run the ball. The Jags defense doesn't scare me one bit. You see those fat guys on their D-line?? Bady's going to spread them out, go no huddle and up tempo and that D will need oxygen by the 3rd quarter. You saw how they almost collapsed and gave up 29 against a wounded Steeler offense.
Just imagine what Brady and Co. will do to them.

I love John Henderson having hammy issues and Stroud out for year....The only way Jax has a chance is if there is heavy wind and rain, otherwise NE 37 Jax 17.

I am glad because I seriously doubt that Jaguars fans travel as well as Steelers fans. I rather be surrounded by fellow Patriot fans.

I truthfully didn't care eight way. I thought the two teams were mirror images of each other anyway. With a good but not great QB's that likes to run the ball, a good front seven but so-so at best secondary. Expect to see a lot of four wides next week.

I was hoping for Pitt, because we have been there done that type of thing.. And like I said there is nothing to beating the Stillers in the Playoffs.. With that being said, Jax is nothing, a nice team, but not sold on Garrard, and all they have in the secondary is Mathis.. Brady will have a field day with the secondary..

Who are we kidding? We'd all love our boys to deal with Jacksonville. Theyre the one AFC team we havent dropped the hammer on yet. And everyone thinks theyre the team that can bring the Pats down. Why would we want to face anyone else. TN has no shot at all of beating SD. So, the Jax matchup is close to a lock at this point. And I say bring it on. Nothing like beating every good team out there to prove your worth.
