Default Do the Ryan's have Brady's number?

I hate to say this but the 3 ONLY losses this year came from a Ryan style defense. I know Brady's had trouble with the Rex style defense in the past but he's been a real thorn in the side this season.

The Jets have beaten us 2 out of 3 games this season and even his brother's defense has made Brady look bad this past season. I know there were other components in the Cleveland game...(Hillis) but nonetheless, we took another loss to a Ryan style defense.

What makes their defenses so good against Brady? Any thoughts to this? I'm not trying to be negative but this concerns me a little I guess.

The Ryans have Brady's number like BB had Manning's number.

Their streak is more than just luck, but it will run out even so.

I said it last week

Rex Ryan has taken over Mike Shanahan's spot as far as the past 2 seasons go and has been the one coach Belichick has had problems with for most of the games between the two teams.

Ryan appears to have outcoached and outsmarted Belichick in all but 2 games and who knows if it continues on?

I love the attention span of some fans..Remember 45-3?

Do people watch entire games or do they just see the final score? Had Crump held on to that pass, the entire flow of the game would have changed.

Lol, I remember that game like it was yesterday and I also understand that we "could" have won the last game but really....Brady struggles with their style of defense. It seemed they cracked the code on Dec 6th then the Jets switched it up very methodically. It seems that we'll never really have a grip on the Jets defensive tactics.

And we can all admit that Jets had a total meltdown that night, that'll probably never happen again. So 45-3 means nothing when we get eliminated by the same team down the line.

The 1st two drives on sunday were going good and BB's gameplan was working to perfection...to come away with 3 points was terrible.

Its called talent.

Look at big names on those rex ryan type defenses.

What can tom do when his o-line plays bad and his receivers are being covered by better defenders?

Its funny how this wasn't a problem when the pats blow a team out.

LOL, hold on to 45-3 all you want, it's all you've got. It means nothing. But, if it helps you get through the day, keep that memory alive.

45-3 suggests it's not one-sided, and that the Ryans strain every time they pull it off.

Hopefully they don't have any more such gameplans in them, especially with BB having an offseason to think it through.

Without wanting to overcongratulate the Jets, how do you beat the gameplan that Rex employed Sunday?

Rush 3 or 4 on 80% of snaps. Man-on-Man with the Cornerbacks. 5 or 6 others in zones across the middle.

The only time the ball moved on the ground was at the end when they sat even further back in the zones.

We needed to run the ball early with Benny and we didn't.
