Default Tom Jackson: "Patriots are chippy"

whatever it means

http://www.patriotsdaily.com/2007/12...16-0-patriots/
Quote:
Jackson: “My perception of Tom Brady hasn’t changed. He’s always been a great quarterback and has won three championships, but my perception of the football teams has changed. When I look at them now, there’s a bit of a chippiness to them…and at some point it’s a negative form. That little bit of chippiness might cost them in the end on the field.”

I'm so tired of him. He brings nothing to the "analyst" table.

personally I think it's a matter of perception. Oppsoing teams come and try to talk the talk with the patriots and intimidate them.

well the Pats have to deal with it week in week out and they don't back down. Harrison has always been like this. But now you see the whole team getting nasty because teams are testing them.

Tom Jackson has always disliked the Patriots. He hasn't had a good thing to say about the team right from the start of the season.

Who cares about Tom Jackson?

Every time Chris Berman speaks about the Patriots , you could see Tom Jackson cringe.. He just hates the Patriots so much it comes out more and more .. Jackson should just go away..

I just don't understand what that means.

Does it mean that they like to eat chips?

i'm really lost here. I like chips too. Especially with sandwiches. When i was little i would eat a cheese pita sandwich with pickles and cool ranch doritos.

Does that mean i'm chippy too?

Thanks.... I......guess.......

That would make you "chipper".

"chippy" happens when you get cut off in the beer line.

In football, a "chippy" team is a team prone to hit after the whistle, start fights and take cheap shots...more like the Titans or Ravens. Definitely not the Pats.
