Default Win or lose next week, Give the Giants their due

They fought very hard played all out and made the Patriots truly earn their perfect regular season.
this makes the win taste that much better.

Manning played a hell of a game tonight.

Absolutely. They never rolled over, and fought till the end. Fortunately for us, it wasn't enough.

Both teams created the perfect competitive environment for all those records to be broken, allthough tempers flared once in a while, and The Giants deserve credit for that. Compared to what we experienced some weeks ago against the Skins, I would emagine that most on here would have few problems supporting their playoff push starting next week.

I know for certain that I will.

played a heck of a game? 7 of their points came on special teams.

the first drive he had was good, but 52 yards of it was on a bomb.

when the pressure came he folded like a lawn chair

i think it was a typical giant game. they are a good team but so inconsistent. the pats have taken teams best games and have beat them down and beaten them in the end.

look at the giants losing mitchell, ohara, and madison.

Why isn't anyone talking about that? Even had the Jints won this game, they're hurting going into the playoffs. You can talk about building momentum and confidence all you want, but it's tough to be your best without three starters while the opposition has been resting up and studying you from the comfort of their own home.

anyone think coughlin wanted to sit his guys, but gave into 'peer pressure'?

if any of those injuries linger into next week, it will really look bad on coughlin imo

Manning was overrated and choked tonight.

Wonder where he gets that from?

The bird turd doesn't fall far from the tree.

you could tell the giants were amped up for this game, but also look at time of possession. pats had the ball 36 minutes.

will this have a lingering effect for next week?

will they be emotionally exhausted?

Yeah, I think Coughlin was a damned fool. Was listening to NY WFAN last night and the guy who was on after Mike and the Maddog was begging him to rest the starters. Now he's got three starters dinged up.... Stupid.

Ummmmm, I qive them credit. The best gamer they played all year, but in the end they lost, and for what. Coughlin will be round criticized (rightly so) if those 3 are not 100 % next week and unable to go.
