Let's double down and make it their first-rounder in 2012, because if Davis fires Cable they will almost certainly be back towards the top of the draft.

How many times can the Chiefs screw the Pats? WTF did we get for Cassell and Vrable and Pioli?!! 1 pick, 2 picks, 0 picks??!!

Now they lay down and lose to the flippin Raiders and screw us out of a higher draft pick. I am VERY upset about this.

boo to all the afc west teams for going 0-6 with the raiders, especially the "uber talented" chargers. i've never seen a more overrated team in my life.

that division's a joke.

Unreal. I cannot believe they went 0-6 in that division and screwed us so bad. Missed out on Seymours services for a 17th?. I'll take it thanks. We'll still get a good player out of the deal. Trade for Moss for a 4th and get a 3rd. Draft Seymour for a 6th and get a 17th. Not too bad. Could of been better but again I'll take it.

BTW how do you think the Raiders owner will reward the poor coach in Oakland taking that band of rag tag players to atleast respectability? Yep, fired over a 2.5 million bonus he doesn't want to pay. Yet he will pay out the ying yang for SB MVP Larry Brown and Desmond Howard. Horribly run franchise.

I was initially VERY interested in the outcome of the Raiders' season because of the pick, but I've come to realize that the Patriots will target the player that they want, pay the price to get him, and likely get more ammo for future considerations. In the end, they'll come out ahead....possibly WAY ahead. So, BFD about the Oakland win. Who cares?

Giving BB #17, #32 (if we win the SB) and #33 is like giving the keys to the vault to a bank robber!

The next decade might be better than the last!

Not to mention all the $$ Davis threw at JaMarcus Russell when basically everyone told him it wouldn't work.

And people call out the Patriots for not spending money...

Once intriguing thing about the #33 pick is the time between the end of the first round and the start of the second round in this new three day format... they'll have almost a whole day to make a selection or trade the pick.
