Default What possible historical plays might we see in the Miami game?

BB is a historian of the game and we've seen him call various plays throughout his tenure here just as tribute. What plays do you think could be called in this game?

Another dropkick? A Brady punt, like Cassel's? What other interesting plays are there?

The Cassel punt—on third down, no less—was absolute genius, but it wasn't just for the heck of it: it was a brilliant strategy for dealing with ridiculous weather conditions.

I predict a pass from Julian Edelman on a gadget play. Didn't he used to play QB at Kent state?

Hopefully Brady's INT free streak remains intact though. *knocks on wood*

One of the things I will remember about the 2008 season!

I don't know why, but it just sticks there!

Hope so too. DO you think Edelman might get to run some wildcat? Give the fins a taste of their own medicine.

That would be pretty funny. But I haven't seen the Pats utilize the wildcat yet although you'd think Edelman would be suitable. Perhaps it's because Edelman is more of a pass catcher than a RB/QB type?

I'd like to see Woodhead run he wildcat. Have him back there next to Brady and get the direct snap and either pass or run. Give our next opponent something to have to plan for.
