The Patriots list him at 6'-1" 245 lbs but he seems taller than that to me. Interestingly, Florida carried him as 6-2, and the combine reported him as 6'-2.3":
Doubt he got shorter when he joined the Pats. Indeed, as the youngest player in the NFL this year, he could still grow taller before he's done.

Folks do realize that people's height changes during the course of the day. You are taller in the morning than in the evening. So there is no one height and variances of an inch or so can just be because of the the time of day he was measured.
Also when the combine measured him I am sure he did his utmost to make sure he was standing as tall as possible cause he wanted to get drafted higher. Once drafted he probably didn't care as much.
