Re: Anyone else disappointed to see the Doofins win?
I'm with you, CT. I would have loved to see the Phins go defeated, especially with the clowns from '72 on the sidelines yesterday. To hell with the lphins and their franchise.
14-0 v. 0-14. Them going 0-14 exactly 35 years after going 14-0, both times would have been against a team from Baltimore. There would have been so many wonderful things to go with the Pats at 14-0 and them 0-fer. Alas, 'twas not meant to be.
I would have loved to see them bring their A-games against the Pats this week (not to say that won't happen now), but, IMO, to hope they won a game because you didn't want to see that is silly. I want to see each game from here on out mean something, which includes the Giants having to play hard in week seventeen, only to have whatever dreams they have that weekend crushed by a double digit loss to the 16-0 Patriots.
Look at me getting ahead of myself. Yes, I am very upset Miami won.

I don't like Dungy and that's because he [was] the head coach of the Colts. Period. End of question. The degree to which I like a player or coach is predicated solely on the color of the laundry they wear on Sunday. When fans admit this and stop bashing players and coaches for any other reason, the world of sports will be infinitely improved.
