I do blame Bob Kraft for what the Fidelity Club has done to the Gillette. I garauntee that if he had to do it over again, he would have designed the stadium to be louder to have more of a home field advantage.
*ROFLMAO* Then stop watching. Go root for the Giants or the Jets. Then you can whine and complain all you want.
BTW, I'd rather have Gillette over Foxboro any day of the week and 1000 times on Sunday.

DaBruinz, feel free to disagree, but you don't have to be a prick about it.
Kurtinelson -
Wait a second. You think I'm being a prick because I think you are a arse and a hypocrite? You think I'm being a prick because you sit there and b!tch about the best owner this team has ever seen? You think I am being a prick because you complain about the fans who go to the game while sitting on your arse at home and crying that you can't afford to go? WOW. I guess I'd rather be a prick than a whiny little hypocrite who complains about how the guy who saved this franchise spends his money and how he has made the experience for fans who actually attend the games so much better.
As I said, if you need something to b!tch about, go be a Jets or Giants fan. B!tching about the best NFL owner will get you no sympathy from me. And if that makes me a prick. So be it.
I will say it was freaking wet, cold and miserable.
I have been to hundreds of games through the years, including every single home game at Gillette
I have to say it doesn't get much worse than today.
Give the people that showed up some credit and go easy on those that could not. Many people come from far away and no way could they make it.
The crowd today was awesome and we were rewarded with Snow-throw II. We got to witness the second team in the history of the NFL to go 14-0. I am sure glad I was fortunate enough to be able to attend.
We all are fortunate to be watching a team knocking on the door of all time best - ever. Enjoy the run......

It's not too late. It's possible to renovate the stadium. Add a few thousand seats in the endzone with the bridge and lighthouse for starters.

It means that its frigging hypocritical of you to be complaining about the Red Seats being "empty" when you are sitting on your arse at home.
Also, since you missed it, the STADIUM, in general, wasn't full. And since you didn't actually LISTEN to the game, you missed Sims and Nantz talking about how long it took everyone to get to the Stadium because of the weather. MANY people chose to stay home and not risk it.
But, go ahead and be a hypocrit and complain about the Red Seats. Shows just the type of intelligence you bring to the table.
Amen....how is that glass house your building Kurt.....I'm sitting here in S. Florida.....not throwing any stones!!!! I applaud those that made it there.....TRUE fans...(although If I were living up there....I WOULD have been suffering right along with you!)
Seriously, only trouble I have with fans at Gillette......is when it sounds like they are at a funeral!!!! GO PATS!!!!!!!

Hey, wine and cheese man, listen here. Every game at Gillette Stadium is sold out. That means the red seats are sold out every game. Well, maybe you haven't watched the Pats on TV lately, but there are red seats that are ALWAYS empty. They are sold out, but the ticket holders don't show up.
Call us hipocryte if you want (and learn to spell, btw), but maybe we don't want to shell out hundreds and hundreds of dollars to the already rich wine and cheese types who don't show up to the games. If y'all want the fans to fill the red seats, stop trying to hawk your season tickets to us blue collar fans at a 500% markup. I'll tell you, I wasn't in one of those red seats, I was sitting at home, and I would have gladly taken your tickets, but not all of us can spent $500 to go to a freakin football game.
I'll agree with others here, today's game was probably the most miserable of all the bad weather games. I was at the "Snow Bowl", the Miami "snow throw" game, the Titans' playoff "frozen beer tap" game, plus countless rain games. The combination of sleet and wind during the tailgate, then rain, freezing mist and wind during the game made it tough to endure. Not to mention the un-cleared steps (try going up and down them in the 300's, I'm surprised no one snapped their neck, we saw many people fall). But we stuck it out, and to be honest even the Red Seats had a pretty good showing. As for crowd noise, it was pretty loud considering how many layers of clothing everyone had on, water soaked gloves don't make alot of noise when you clap them together.
So everyone...just lighten up and enjoy the season!
