Talking Twas the JETS before Christmas

...and all through the house, not a channel was showing, not even a route.

With Playoff hopes done, and fans who don't care,
how could you expect the Jets to compare.

The players were nestled all snug in their beds
dreams of an upset filling their heads.

With Father in jersey and i in my cap
still we cheer on even though this season is crap.

When from the living room shouting and clatter
i jumped off JetsNation.com to see what was the matter

Away to the 60" flatscreen I flew like a flash
push aside my little sister just in time for the pass

With the stadium packed and new fallen snow
Gave way to a sight no one could have known

When what to my wandering eyes should appear
Clemens to Cotchery, Brady on his rear?!

With a 90 yard drive, so lively and quick
I knew at that moment Bellichick must be pissed

More rapid than eagles this time not the same
as when they routed us in the opening game

On Thomas! Go Leon! Coles, Baker and Smith
Jets upsetting the Patriots is my only wish

From Endzone to Endzone and through the uprights
New England will know that this team has some fight

As snowflakes fall from up in the sky
Jets were always meant to take off and then fly

So cross your fingers and hope for the best
Mangini and this team is up for the test....

GO JETS.

The Jets couldn’t beat the Patriots if they played in a tsunami. Gorgeous Christmas tree though! Are they Patriot fans?

What Christmas tree? I can't see the Christmas tree in that picture. (Not that I'm trying to).

Just like the original, a wonderful fairy tale!! Love your creativity! Too bad you can't pass on some to your team!

Terrific, someone should put that on a Hallmark card.
