The NFL said it was legal for a team to tape from the endzone provided the home team grants permission. They never commented on the ramifications if such permission was not granted. It was not.

b.) WHO CARES!?!?!?!?!?!? The Jets could put a camera inside the Patriots' huddle and they would still have a tough time against this Patriots team.

Why would the Pats give permission to tape and then kick the cameraguy out?

This is all besides the point. This kind of videotaping is forbidden according to the rulebook, there is nothing that says it's somehow legal if teams give permission. More hypocrisy and double standards...

Let's see... the team I root for just lost a 1st rd pick, was singled out and smeared for a supposed "cheating" scandal. Now it turns out the Jets did the exact same thing for which the Pats were penalized. I care. If you don't care, move along.

Listen, you need to, as you say, move along. The Patriots, may or may not have cheated; regardless, they broke a rule, and were penalized.
