Default What were your opinions on Albert Breer?

As y'all know, he now writes with the Dallas Morning News. Not only is he very objective, but he comes across as intelligent, well-informed, and well-thought out.(Unlike some of our DFW media morons like Goose Gosselin, Tim Cowlishaw, and Randy Galloway)

Just curious-how long was he with the Boston sports media, and what did you think of him?

He was excellent- very analytical and informative. I hated to see him leave the NE sports scene.

Ditto that. He was right up ther with Reiss. Great sports writer.

We'll give you Felger and MacMullin and a first round pick for Breer. Hell, we'll give you a first if you just take Felger.

Breer was the best. You're lucky to have him, and he's lucky to be in Dallas. Hopefully one day he's on the HOF voting committee as the Dallas rep, so he can vote for all our old Pats players.

Friend,

Breer is an excellent sports writer. He not only is intelligent, inthat he actually KNOWS how to break down film, but the man can write. Any hack can toss words on a column and call it a story, but Breer knows how to pass along his observations and opinions without being patronizing or pretentious.

Dallas is indeed fortunate to have him.

How 'bout this: We give you a first round, Felger, Thomase, and a writer to be named later and you give us Breer back. I'll personally toss in a keg of Sam Adams if you can make it happen.

Please?????
