What delicious irony! Hines Ward thinks Chung is the one who knocked him out of the game -- when it was Sanders -- and the league thinks Sanders deserved Defensive Player of the Week -- when they surely must have meant Chung! At least Hines Ward has his concussion as an excuse! It's like one of those mistaken identity farces Shakespeare was far too fond of. The next act will surely involve the league fining Chung for helmet to helmet contact, and Sanders impersonating Chung by stopping someone for no gain! Let no good deed go unpunished when the Patriots are concerned, say the clowns in the league office...

There aren't many people in the NFL that I might cheer if they got injured, but Ward is one of them. He is the inspiration for the word and idea behind douchebag. I loved watching him get a taste of his own medicine.

This genius move was followed by trading out of a spot where they could have gotten the last decent receiver in Robert Ferguson and settled for tackle Matt Light, who will not help any time soon.”

I'm not going to sit there and worry about if Chung gets fined or not but in the meantime, I'll sit there and worry about it...

Steelers and Ravens are such whiny little biatches. Schoolyard bullies who cry when you smack them back.

Speaking of crying.

Wasn't it Keith Rivers that was "clocked" by Ward? Now he wasn't expecting to get hit, but Ward laid it on him.

Honestly, this is football. How can you make a statement like that?

I wouldn't go quite that far but close....Hes is the king of the WR crack-back block.

Ward is a moron, he was knocked out of the game by Sanders not Chung, the Steelers have been crying louder than anyone else about all of the fines players have been getting and now ward wants a fine on someone who ended his reception streak?

Justice indeed.

I doubt that Ward really thinks any Patriot deserves a fine.

This is just Ward's foray into the whole Harrison-Polamalu-Steelers vs. the Commissioner battle. He's backing up his defensive teammates by cracking Goodell on his seemingly arbitrary fine policy.
