I do think it's odd that Wilson is out again..is he THAt much in the doghouse?? Or injured?? Or?? Just pretty odd...really he had it early and..really has fallen...I know earlier this year, his tackling was not good..(Dall esp) BUT??

LOL. Oh stop P1. I'm being serious. I expected much more from him this year. That's all. If the injury report is accurate, he is once again a healthy scratch.
I am. Geno has started his final game in a Patriots uniform.
That's just the way things fell. 2003 he started right away, 2004 he was part of a shaky backfield, 2005 he was a constant but regressing, 2006 he was injured all the way, 2007 he was mediocre then injured. 2008 he's long gone. Say hello to Meriweather and Sanders starting, if Rodney retires.

With Sanders's play...you might be right..as I said earlier..in the Dallas game he missed a few tackles with runners breaking away from him and getting even more yards..Sanders is playing better and is teh future..Wilson is more the past, unfortunately..I really thought he'd be a mainstay of the D..but injuries and it seems poor play has changed that...(and who knows how much more..)
Is Eddie Jackson injured or was he just awful last week?
I do think there is a use for Eugene before he goes into free agency. I do think they will need him for depth in the secondary. We saw last week what having Jackson and Baker back there at the same time does.
Wilson might not be back, but he still can be used for the rest of the season.

Well, in his year or two with Miami he was always a dimeback type who rarely saw the field. Obviously Bioli saw something in him and signed him. But he tore his ACL in October 2006 (or so), so he was seeing his first action since early last season.
Interesting selections...
Wilson inactive speaks volumes for my namesake. Too bad. Bye!
Troy Brown inactive is reasonable considering he's not had lots of practise time, yet I'd expected him to be active for the short passing game. I'm too irrational here.
Chad Brown inactive totally expected Too new...Woods and possibly Alexander tonite
Eddie Jackson...in the doghouse; hope he works his way out
Looks like the OL 1st & 2nd stringers are good to go!
Chad Jackson...speaks volumes about BB's assessment

Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.
This is known as "bad luck." RAH

true they saw something in duane starkes.... maybe he was just a signing to add depth.
