Default Offensive Line taught to not make any movement for penalty plays.

YouTube - College Football Lineman doesn't move ROFL!!!

CaptainCool brought this video to my attention in the "Purposely hurting the team" thread. It's a lineman that stands frozen in spot.

After a little more searching, I found that this teams coach, a former-marine, has taught them to not even move if they believe the defense was offsides, as shown in the following video.

YouTube - Florida State Lineman Discipline

I saw that live and Ponder looked like he was about to poop himself.

It was very strange to watch.

Hmm, I wonder if it was the offense or defense that jumped there!

If Volmer had done that against the Vikings it would have turned a 5 against us into a 5 against them.

It makes no sense. How is letting your QB get killed a good thing? If the defense jumps offsides it is a "free play". That doesnt mean the D-Line won't try and sack the QB.
