A related thing is when people say, "The Team A should have beaten Team B". Like some people have said that the Eagles should have beaten the Patriots, if not for those two Samuel interceptions. So if the quarterback screws up it shouldn't count against your team? 
It's also irritating when people say that the better team lost. Sure, this happens sometimes. Upsets happen. But so what? What's the point of complaining that the "better team" lost? |
