Default OT: Giants' RB Brandon Jacobs wants rule change

He said DBs *shouldn't* be allowed to tackle RBs by the knees, to prevent injury. Per ESPN's First Take.

OH, **** off. Your playing football, grow some balls, Jacobs.

Update: Well that didn't work out as I had planned. Next year baby, next year 19-0 we go. Next year.

I suggest the following rule changes:
  1. NFL Players no longer wear pads.
  2. Both teams must perform a "2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate" chant at the end of each quarter.
  3. A belt with flags on it will be worn by all players
  4. Instead of tackling, now an ejectionable offense, players will remove flags of runners.

I mean really... Plus, what IS a running back? I mean, a TE can be lined up at flanker just as easily as a RB can. Is it only people who wear #1-49 can't be tackled by people who are listed as "CB/Saftey" on the depth chart? Tackling is a part of football. Plus, DBs are concerned about THEIR safety when tackling low.

If there's a rule change they should make it's RBs being able to use a face mask as a stiff arm.

There's only two conclusions for Patriots fans on rookies. They are either a bust or being fitted for their bust in Canton.

Players should not be able to tackle at all. Flag football is far more entertaining. Then again, the flags pose a potential safety hazard, and people do have to occasionally dive to rip them off. How about two hand touch? Or, better yet, we just simulate the seasons on Madden instead?

I hope that is sarcastic or a mistype cause that is all the RBs ever use to stiff arm players
