I remember Jamaican Red and Colombian Gold, but not Colmbian Red. Got any?

Back in the day, down here in Florida, we had "Gainesville Green". I'm talking early 80's here. $75-$80 an ounce and a GREAT high (that's right, young folk, you're getting massively ripped off with your $300 an ounce krypto!)

GG was a little harsh sometimes when smoked in a joint or pipe, but very excellent in an iced down Toker II or Graphics or even an old-fashioned milk-jug-in-the-bathroom-sink-with-ice-water.

GG gave you a nice, trippy, lofty high. Lots of giggles and Cool Ranch Doritos.

Supposedly, GG was one of the first mass hydroponic batches grown up at UF, which over time has become famous for its hydro batches.

Frat Row in Gainesville behind McKeethan Stadium turns out some of the best hydro weed in the nation!

Hey, these are the people that brought you Gatorade, fahchrisskes, so what did you expect?!?!?

We also had a batch run into SoFla around '83 that was called "Jamaican BBQ Weed".

Hilarious, you'd smoke it and then you'd get this mesquite aftertaste on your tongue, which kind of stoked your munchies!

I guess the bales were smuggled in on a smoker boat or something, who knows!

There must have been a lot though, because that s h i t was around for like 4-6 months.

A bit pricey ($20 for an 1/8; $35 a 1/4; $125 an oz.), but worth it. A good, thick, heavy high that went real well with Quaaludes and Tequilla.

Also, a great weed to smoke if you were coming off a all-night coke run or an intense acid trip, like windowpane or microdots.

Not so good with 'shrooms. The vision and stone just got too thick.
