Default PFT: Team by team cap #'s if there were a cap

The cap this year had there been one would have been in the low $130M vacinity. The Pats seem to have positioned themselves to be about where they would have been had there been a cap ($128.8). Mankins would have raised the ante, but they then would have made some moves in the form of restructures to mitigate that. For now it would seem they don't need to. Some of the teams who have exceeded what the cap would have been may find they face some issues complying with the next CBA, particularly should the majority of owners who came in at or below normal levels decide to penalize them retroactively.

But if Mankins had signed his offer than the Pats would be the same as the Jests at about 6th or 7th.
